Directed by the talented Chinmay Das, Popular Odia movie Daman's producer Deependra Samal again produced a new movie, and this time he took superstar Sidhanta Mohantra in his film in Parab, with Anu Choudhury as the co-producer. This movie is under the banner of JP Motion Pictures. The film features performances by Dipanwit Dashmohapatra, Suryamayee, Ch Jayaprakash Das, Pranab Prasanna Ratha, Jayant Santra, and Madhusudan Mishra, whose collective talents make the movie more interesting. The music was composed by Rahul Raul, with lyrics penned by J P Wordsmith and Nirmal Nayak. The background music is by Dibyajeet Sahoo. Amiya Patnaik Productions and national award-winning director Anupam Patnaik’s Odia film ‘Karma‘ has been a huge success in recent decades.
It has also achieved commercial success across the country, including Odisha. However, the director, Mr. Patnaik, who is not going through the craze of ‘Karma’, has announced the name of another film. Which is called ‘Raavan’. In this also actor Anubhav Mohanty will be seen as the lead character.
The first poster of the film does not have the artist’s face, but the ‘Ravan’ written in English script has blood stains on it. However, Anubhav will be seen as the lead character in the film. But It is not clear whether Anubhav will play a negative or positive character. The film will be released in October 2025. By announcing the name of the film a year ago, Anupam and his entire team are again in the limelight. The film is being produced by Amiya Patnaik Productions, Infinity Productions, and Two-Nine Films Patnaik. The movie was produced by Barsha Patnaik, Arpit Golecha & Jagrati Shukla. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Manas Padhiari, Nishant Majithia, Jagiti Shukla, and Anupam Patnaik The story was by Jagrati Shukla. Cinematography by Deepak Kumar, Editing by Rashmi Ranjan Das, Sound Design by Shakti Swarup Dwivedi, and Ashish Pradhan are in charge of the music.
